What is Project Nola?
Project Nola is a private, unaccountable spy corporation based in New Orleans. It was founded in 2010 by former NOPD officer Bryan Lagarde. They have over 5000 cameras using banned Chinese software to track every person in New Orleans. Their primary purpose is to facilitate NOPD bypassing mass surveillance and privacy protections.
Why Spot Project Nola Cameras?
Project Nola has zero safeguards.Their board of directors are friends and family of their founder, former NOPD officer, Bryan Lagade. The City of New Orleans has no contracts with Project Nola. There is no oversight and there is zero accountability. The first step to protect ourselves is to identify where Project Nola is spying on New Orleans.
